The Lighthouse is a licensed group home which provides residential care for men diagnosed with a I/DD (Intellectual Disabilities).

This home is licensed by, and provides services under contract or agreement with Synergy In Action, Inc., DHSR (Division of Health Service Regulations) and HUD (Housing and Urban Development).

Provisions are made to appropriately match participants with the specific services provided in this home. Each staff member is screened, trained and monitored by Qualified Professionals.

The Lighthouse is licensed for:

  • 5 I/DD (Intellectual Disabilities) Disabled Males
  • North Carolina Medicaid Recipient
