Our Homes
Our residential homes address the desires, goals, strengths, abilities, needs, health, safety and life span issues of the participants. These services provide home and community integration and engagement in productive activities.
Their purpose is to enhance the independence, dignity, personal choice and privacy of the participant. Our residential homes maybe referred to as group homes and/or AFL (Adult Family Living) homes. Our residential homes are located in rural and/or urban settings.
The residential homes may include transitional living which provides interim support and services for participants who are at-risk of institutional placement, participants who are transitioning from institutional settings, and/or persons who are homeless.
They may also include long-term housing which provides stable, supported community living or assist the participant in obtaining and maintaining safe, affordable, and accessible housing.
