The responsibility and privilege of the Board of Advisors is to provide advice, counsel, and consultation to the Executive Administrator of SIA, Inc. The advice, counsel and consultation includes matters related to financial, legal or other areas wherein the Executive Administrator determines professional counsel is needed and/or desirable.
