Sharon Bishop

Support Administrator

Sharon Bishop is one of the Support Administrators for the Polk County residential participants. She has worked in the MR/DD field since 1997 and has been with Synergy In Action since it’s inception. Sharon is currently residing in Hendersonville, NC.

Sharon’s responsibilities include developing and maintaining the daily functions and schedules of the participants to ensure their optimal quality of life.  Sharon assists the Qualified Professionals  (QP) in maintaining state regulations for licensure of the services Synergy provides.

Leslie Mitchell

Support Administrator

Leslie Mitchell is one of the Support Administrators for the Polk County residential and community participants. She has worked in the MR/DD field since December 2005 and has been with Synergy since 2009. Leslie’s responsibilities include developing and maintaining the daily functions and schedules of the participants to ensure their optimal quality of life.  Leslie assists the Qualified Professional (QP) in maintaining state regulations for licensure of the services Synergy provides.

Leslie is from Ellenboro, NC.  She is a wife and mother of four.  Leslie is currently enrolled at Gardner-Webb University to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Human Services.
